2. AMENDMENTS

UrPharma reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect any orders placed before the amendments were made.

3. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between UrPharma (the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer").

4. USE OF THE SITE

You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or distributing of website content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent from UrPharma.

5. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of UrPharma or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. REGISTRATION & PASSWORDS

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. UrPharma is not liable for any unauthorized account access.

7. PRICING

Prices may change without notice, but updates will not affect confirmed orders. If an error in pricing is found, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.

8. PAYMENT

We accept payments via COD (Cash on Delivery) and major credit/debit cards. Payments must be completed before shipment. If payment authorization fails, UrPharma is not responsible for delays or cancellations.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate personal details for transaction processing.

10. ORDERS

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by UrPharma. A contract is formed when payment is received or when products are dispatched. UrPharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

11. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Qatar: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day (excluding Fridays and national holidays).
  • UAE: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day (excluding Sunday and national holidays).
  • Other GCC Countries: Delivery within 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping fees apply based on weight and location. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

12. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. However, if an item arrives damaged (e.g., leakage, breakage, or tampering), you may request a replacement by emailing us at info@urpharmastore.com with photos of the issue.

13. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.

14. CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

15. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. Each promotional offer has a validity period, and UrPharma reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

16. LIABILITY

UrPharma is not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. We are only liable for losses caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.

18. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

UrPharma may include links to external websites for customer convenience. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites.

19. WORKSHOP BOOKING POLICY

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • Cancellations: Full refund if canceled at least 1 day before the event.
  • Late Cancellations: 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 hours before the workshop. No refunds for cancellations made within 2 hours of the event.
  • Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
