SHIPPING POLICY
At UrPharma, we currently deliver across the GCC. Below are our shipping rates and delivery timelines.
Shipping & Delivery – Qatar

Next-day delivery for orders placed before 04:00 PM (No deliveries on Fridays & National Holidays).
Shipping Rates – Qatar:
- Free delivery for orders above QAR 250
- Inside Doha: QAR 25.00
- Outside Doha: QAR 35.00
Delivery Timings – Qatar:
- Packages are delivered between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, depending on the area.
- For special delivery requests beyond standard hours, an additional QAR 10 charge applies, subject to availability.
Shipping & Delivery – UAE

Next-day delivery for orders placed before 04:00 PM (No deliveries on Sunday & National Holidays).
Shipping Rates – UAE:
- Free delivery for orders above AED 250
- Inside Dubai: AED 25.00
- Outside Dubai: AED 30.00
Shipping & Delivery – KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon
- Orders will be delivered within 3 – 4 business days.
